DUNHAM/SINGLETARY FAMILY CONNECTIONS

Dunham/Singletary Family Connections is intended to be the successor to the National Dunham Family Association which has become defunct.  There are four (4) documents attached to this page:

(1)  Draft Proposal (2) Proposed Articles of Incorporation (3) Proposed By-Laws and (4) Membership Interest form.

The Draft Proposal was prepared to determine if there was interest in forming a successor organization.  The Proposed Articles of Incorporation are necessary in order to create the entity.  The Proposed By-laws are intended to guide the organization's efforts.  The Membership Interest form is a mechanism for obtaining names and addresses of individuals who may desire to participate.

We will need to establish a Board of Directors and create officer positions.  I anticipate some of these positions will require the individual to have the time to devote to the position requirements.  A computer will probably also be needed. 

I encourage persons to accept the challenge of these positions in order to insure an effective and viable organization.  Some individuals have offered their assistance previously but it would be appreciated if we had a large corps to draw on.

I should perhaps mention participation is not limited to the United States and memberships from other countries would be delightful.
