Susan J. Wentzel, age 68, of Winneconne, was called home Saturday, February 9, 2008. She was born July 15, 1939 in Butte des Morts, Wisconsin to the late Erwin and Dorothy Breaker. Sue was a 1957 graduate of Winneconne High School and graduated as an LPN from the Theda Clark School of Nursing. In 1960 she married Robert Wentzel.

Sue is survived by her husband, Bob Wentzel, of Winneconne; two daughters and one son-in-law, Katharine (Wentzel) Prader, of Neenah; Kim (Wentzel) and David Mours, of St. Paul, Minnesota; two grandchildren, Erin and Matthew; one great-granddaughter, Jade; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Ester Dunham, of Madison.

Along with her parents, Sue was also preceded in death by one brother, Phil Dunham.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 6 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, Winneconne, with Pastor Dan Gibson officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in the Town of Poygan. A Visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 6 p.m.

Susan, Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was an inspiration to the many lives that she touched. Her uplifting spirit brightened everyone's day and calmed life's storms with warm hugs. You were the best hugger there ever was Mom.
