DUNHAM. Mrs Gwynneth Margaret -

Mother and Grandmother. passed away peacefully on August 15, 2008. She was 86 years young and resided in Courtice, Ontario. Gwynneth, Daughter of George and Edith Cavey, was born in Porthcawl, Wales, G. B. on February 12, 1922 She married the love of her ife, Eric Alfred Dunham on November 29, 1947 tsellied in Llanelli, Wales. Their first child, Bernadette was born in 1950. Eric's adveturesome nature brought the family to Canada in 1952, settling in Oshawa, Ontario where he built their dream home. In 1956their son Duncan was born. Gwynneth was the heart and soul of the family, a homemaker extraordinaire! Her infamous shortbread cookies, delicious pies. cakes and scrumptious jams brought a smile 10 all who had the pleasure of enjoying her delicious culinary talents. Gwynneth was always looking out for others, sharing, caring, loving and bringing a smile to everyone she met. A Mother's love is forever and she will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Bernadette and son-in-law Ray of Virginia, U. S. A., her son Duncan and daughter-in-law Debbie, and her grandchildren Gregory, Brock and Erica of Newtonville, Ontario, and numerous dear friends and relatives. Gwynneth and Eric celebrated 56 wonderful years of love and devotion until Eric passed away in 2004 . .. today their souls are reunited as one. Cremation will take place, followed by a private family service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
